What NightKeeper AI is

NightKeeper AI is software that you, the owner, run for your own rental. You operate the property and you are your vendors’ customer.

We are not a property manager, broker, agent, co-host or contractor. We don’t list or rent property, take reservations, set prices, collect or hold money, or pay vendors.

Your spending limit

The spending limit you set is your standing authorization, which the software relays to your vendors in the words you accept. Vendors bill you directly.

Not an emergency service

NightKeeper AI is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911. The software never dials 911 for anyone; it tells guests to call.

Fees

Fees, billing dates and the fee basis are shown before you turn on live service and recorded with their version when you accept them.
