Privacy Policy

What we collect

From owners: name, email, mobile number, property details, your vendors’ and contacts’ names and numbers, your settings.

From guests and vendors who call or message: their number, what they say, and a transcript. Calls may be recorded, and callers are told first. Access codes you store are encrypted and are never read out or sent.

How it’s used

To answer calls and messages for your property, reach your vendors and contacts, alert you, and bill you. We don’t sell personal data.

AI processing and sub-processors (planned)

• Channel manager connection: Hospitable (your own account, connected by you).
• Telephony: a US carrier platform (not yet chosen in this build).
• Voice and language AI: providers whose API terms don’t train on our data (to be confirmed, VERIFY V14).
• Payments and sales tax: Stripe and Stripe Tax.
• Email: a transactional email provider on our own domain.

How long we keep it (defaults, pending counsel)

Recordings 90 days; transcripts 13 months; incident records 3 years; billing and tax records 7 years.
